BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Acceptance, understanding and being open to other's perspectives and truths are qualities I strive to embody. I enjoy travelling with people on their journey's and I learn new things about the world and myself through every interaction.
I have been through my own trials and tribulations, as I believe we all do, and have found some peace and reprieve from the harshness of life through my own personal counselling, yoga and meditation experiences.
I keep a daily meditation and yoga practise which I have found to be grounding and has allowed me to get ever closer to living my life in gratitude, peace and acceptance.
I live and work predominantly from a Mindful and Existential way of being while integrating other knowledge, training and life experience to give a holistic and unique therapeutic experience for each individual.
This tailored approach allows me to blend various healing approaches like counselling, meditation, yoga, gratitude, imagery and creative exploration to ensure quality Self-Development, Life Satisfaction and Empowerment. Purpose, Peace, Power.
I believe that we all have the wisdom to know what is best for us as individuals and the ability to realise our own, unique self-actualizing journeys, sometimes we need some help to see our path. This is why I placed 2 in my company name, I have found at the toughest points on my own journey, a warm and understanding 'other' can offer a peace unattainable by myself in those moments.
“We are not going to change the whole world, but we can change ourselves and feel free as birds. We can be serene even in the midst of calamities and, by our serenity, make others more tranquil. Serenity is contagious. If we smile at someone, he or she will smile back. And a smile costs nothing. We should plague everyone with joy. If we are to die in a minute, why not die happily, laughing?”
- Swami Satchidananda, The Yoga Sutras
